1. Introduction

RFL Industrial ceramic media includes: Ceramic Honeycomb Heat Recovery Media, Chemical Packing, Catalyst Carrier, Filter Plate as well as Alumina Ball, Baffle Brick, Saddles, Super Saddles. We provide customized solutions for honeycomb ceramic media under 900 CPS and our products are widely applied in the industries of chemical, electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, environmental, residential, etc.
  • Excellent thermal shock resistance: Cordierite ceramic substrate is able to withstand sudden changes in temperature without cracking or breaking. This makes it ideal for applications where there is a risk of thermal shock, such as in exhaust systems and catalytic converters.
  • Low thermal expansion coefficient: Cordierite ceramic substrate expands and contracts very little when exposed to changes in temperature. This makes it stable and reliable in applications where there is a lot of thermal cycling, such as in ovens and furnaces.

Description:

 

This product is a kind of special structure and special material of wall flow ceramic honeycomb ceramic filter element, used in the diesel engine exhaust gas purification device, using the hole wall of the pore wall flow filter body, intercept, capture the carbon in the diesel exhaust smoke particles, diesel exhaust gas purification. There are cordierite and silicon carbide material.
